Before

LGK Engineers operated in a 90 m² ground-floor workspace that functioned as a single open-plan area, with no provision for privacy — a condition that hindered both daily workflow and the overall functional organization of the office.
 The existing materials were outdated, and the space exhibited significant moisture issues affecting several construction elements.
 The window frames and furniture were worn, while the electromechanical installations had exceeded their service life and required complete replacement.
 As the company was rapidly expanding, the space no longer met the functional and aesthetic needs of a modern engineering office.

Construction

A targeted redesign of the interior layout was carried out, creating distinct functional zones — meeting room, reception area, main room, and director’s office — ensuring improved organization and enhanced privacy.

The electromechanical installations were completely replaced with state-of-the-art systems. New wiring, upgraded electrical panels, and a full security setup with remote-access alarm and CCTV were installed, significantly increasing safety and operational efficiency.

Durable, eco-friendly materials were selected throughout, while key furniture elements — such as the custom-made main room desk — were designed specifically for the space to meet the office’s functional requirements with precision.

Finally, due to extensive moisture issues, specialized Penetron waterproofing was applied, ensuring long-term stability and reliable protection for the entire structure.

The final result delivers a space with a clean, minimal aesthetic and a warm atmosphere, fully aligned with the company’s identity.
 The use of durable, eco-friendly materials and the integration of custom-made elements enhanced both the functionality and the coherence of the new design.
 Lighting was treated as a key architectural component, creating a sense of calm and balance while highlighting the space’s refined lines.
 The project was completed in under two months, resulting in a contemporary and well-balanced workspace, thoughtfully designed to meet the company’s needs.
